About the
Enterprise Network Design Tool
The Enterprise Network Design Tool designs the minimum-cost network
topology required to achieve a client's desired service level. It
takes the following parameters as input:

Vendor: MCIW or Sprint

Design Type: DTS access/FR backbone; FR access/FR backbone;
DTS access/DTS backbone; DTS access/ATM backbone

Committed Information Rate ratio
-
Number of routers
The output is presented in two forms:

A table containing the number of nodes, number of DS0s, access
costs, base costs, and design costs.

An active graphical map depicting circuits connecting
service points. Additional information about service point
and connecting circuit is available by clicking on the node
points or the connecting links.
